I started with a wood frame and went crazy with quilled flowers and glitter. You could also add a favorite winter picture or hang it as is for winter decor.

1. Paint edges of frame with white acrylic paint. Adhere patterned paper to top of frame, sanding edges smooth.
2. Create ‘flowers’ of varying sizes using Chrysanthemum quilling kit.
Vary numbers of components to vary sizes of flowers. Once created,
glue chunky glitter around edges. Create several white ‘centers’ only
3. Cut and assemble trees and embellish with glitter. Cut snowflakes
and layer largest to smallest with dimensional adhesive. Cut large
snowflake and the word winter.
4. Adhere large snowflake to back of frame. Adhere images and flowers to frame.
Tip: Play with laying out the flowers and pieces on the frame until
you get it just how you like it, then take a picture of it so when it
comes time to adhere everything you can refer to it for that perfect
placement you found for everything.
